This evening, we take flight to Phnom Penh, the capital of Cambodia. The local representative will meet you at Phnom Penh airport and escort you to hotel.

Located in a fabulous old building, the Museum is filled with art and artifacts dating back to the pre-Angkorian era. After lunch, we drive to visit Royal Palace.  Explore the elaborately constructed palace buildings and get a closer look at the gold and bejeweled collection of Buddha statues, coupled with the 5000 silver floor tiles that give the pagoda the name. Then, we wander around the central market where we' ll find various local handcrafts, souvenirs...Before driving to hotel, we' ll take a cruise sailing along Mekong river and enjoy nice sunset view.

The local representative will meet you at hotel lobby (12:00noon), then we drive to airport and take flight to Siem Reap. The local representative meeting you at Siem Reap airport will escort you to hotel in Siem Reap. 

Tour guide will meet you at hotel lobby this morning. Then, we drive to visit Banteay Srei. Unlike the other temples built through royal patronage, Banteay Srei alone was privately built which is thought to be a reason for its modest scale. What it lacks in size it makes up for in decoration, almost all the surfaces covered in fine stone carvings. Before lunch visit well preserved Banteay Samre. In the afternoon continue to visit Neak Pean, a fountain built in the middle of a pool representing the paradisiacal Himalayan mountain lake. Preah Khan, built by the Buddhist King Jayavarman VII contrasts with the earlier Hindu structures. Also visit Ta Som, a small Buddhist temple dedicated to the father of King Jayavarman VII. Finally the East Mebon, a 10th Century temple from the reign of King Rajendravarman, standing on what was an artificial island at the centre of the now dry East Baray reservoir. Afterwards, we go to wander around the night market where we could find many local snacks, handcrafts....After the tour, we drive back to hotel.

Tour guide will meet you at hotel lobby this morning. Then, we drive to visit Angkor complex. The tour will include a visit of Angkor Thom, royal capital of prolific builder Jayavarman VII, dating from the late twelfth century. Most striking of the monuments is the Bayon, a mountain of face-towers, said to be the likeness of the king himself, viewing his realm in all directions. Outside of Angkor Thom, view the remains of Ta Prohm which has been left as it was rediscovered, entwined by strangler-figs.

After lunch, we'll visit the awe-inspiring Angkor Wat, state-temple of Suriyavarman II, from the early 12th century and the largest religious monument on earth. A late afternoon view may be taken from the Phnom Bakeng. After tour, we drive back to hotel.

This afternoon (1:00pm - 1:30pm), tour guide will meet you at hotel lobby, then we drive to the pier at Tonle Sap, Cambodia's unique 'Great Lake'. After arrival, we take private boat to visit Mechrey floating village. Afterwards, we' ll visit the mangroves (flooded forests) by private boat.

This evening, local representative will meet you at hotel lobby (about 8:00pm). Then, we drive to airport and take flight to Shanghai.
